Booking and Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of Deposit Amount and a signed rental agreement. .The remaining balance is due 1 day before the check-in date. Payments can be made via online or cash.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made 2 days or more before check-in are eligible for a partial refund, minus 50% of the advance payment. (Non Refundable on weekends)

Occupancy and Use
The farmhouse is to be used for private residential purposes only.
The maximum occupancy is limited to [10 to 20] guests for the Villa unless otherwise agreed upon with the management. The maximum requirement for Villa booking is 10 persons or more.

Check-in and Check-out.
Check-in time is after 11.30 am, and check-out time is before 10.30 am.
Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability, and additional fees may apply.

Pet Policy
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on our premises. We understand that pets are a part of the family, but to ensure the comfort and well-being of all our guests, we maintain a no-pet policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Pool Timings and Rules
Pool Area is allowed by late 11.30pm only and same for the DJ.The pool area is accessible until 11:30pm, and the DJ follows the same schedule. Drinking or Smoking near the pool area is strictly prohibited. Refraining from Littering in the Vicinity of the Pool is Strictly Enforced.

Liability and Responsibilities
The management is not liable for any personal injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the stay.
Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the premises during their stay and are expected to leave the property in the same condition as upon arrival.
Any damage caused to the property shall be billed to your account.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Guests are expected to comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay at the farmhouse.

Right of Entry
The management reserves the right to enter the premises at any time for inspection, maintenance, or emergency repairs.

Indemnification
Guests agree to indemnify and hold the farmhouse owners harmless from any claims or liability arising from their stay.

By making a reservation and payment, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
